JCPD Thanksgiving Dinner Nomination Form

In partnership with Honey Baked Ham and Masjid Jafar Al-Rahmah Community Center, the Johns Creek Police Department will provide a free Thanksgiving dinner to four deserving Johns Creek families.

JCPD is accepting self-nominations or you can nominate a friend or neighbors. The families receiving the Thanksgiving dinners must be Johns Creek residents.
