IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- If selected, all vendors’ fees must be paid in full by March 28, 2022.
- No partial payments will be accepted.
- Any application postmarked or received after March 28, 2022 will not be accepted.
- Fees are non-refundable.
Insurance
Liability
The City of Johns Creek will not assume liability for any act of God, natural disaster, exposure to adverse weather conditions, damages or injuries, or any cause above and beyond the control of the festival. We appreciate everyone's cooperation. By participating in this Festival, you agree that neither the City of johns Creek, the Atlanta Athletic Club, the Johns Creek Arts Center, Johns Creek Convention and Visitor Bureau, nor their agents or representatives will be responsible for any injury, damage or loss that may occur to the exhibitor or vendor, their agents or representatives or his or her property, regardless of the cause.
Exhibitors and vendors must have their insurance agent mail, email, or fax the city of Johns Creek a Certificate of Insurance showing current liability insurance coverage before space can be confirmed.
The City of Johns Creek requires the minimum liability coverage:
$1,000,000 per Occurrence
$2,000,000 Aggregate
$100,000 Damage to Rented Premises
The City must be identified as an Additional Insured.
Vendors must have their insurance agent mail or email us a Certificate of Insurance (COI) showing current liability insurance coverage before space can be confirmed. The City of Johns Creek must listed as an additional insured.
The City’s minimum insurance requirements are as follows:
- $1,000,000.00 Per Occurrence
- $3,000,000.00 Aggregate
- $100,000.00 Damage to Rented Premises

Fire Marshall Inspection
The Johns Creek Fire Marshall will be inspecting food vendor setups on Friday, April 29, or Saturday morning April 30. If you will have open flame cooking, an ABC type fire extinguisher will be required.
If you will be frying, a K type fire extinguisher will be required. If you are planning to bring your own tent, you must have a flame-certified tent.
Propane cylinders must be secured to prevent being knocked over. Grills must be placed a minimum of ten feet from your tent or adjacent tent. Sufficient room will be provided behind your tent for grilling if you have indicated you will bring a grill.
