All facility rentals require a $250 deposit in addition to the Facility Rental Fee. The security deposit will be refunded in full given the rental space is left in appropriate condition. Please read the Facility Use Policy for full details.

I have read the City Hall Facility Use Policy. I further agree to abide by policies and procedures as well as ordinances of the City of Johns Creek and I accept responsibility for any violations as they may pertain to the application and the event.

I acknowledge that as the primary applicant, I must be present for the entirety of the event.

I understand the City of Johns Creek reserves the right to terminate this meeting or special event if City Staff, in good faith, perceive that the applicant or guests are not complying with the City’s facility use guidelines.
