Traffic Calming Petition

The following petition asks the City of Johns Creek Public Works Department to conduct a speed study for my neighborhood.

Signatures – This petition must be signed by at least 15% of the residents on both sides of the entire street. Only one signature per household can be accepted. The signee can be the homeowner or a renter of the listed address.

Note – By signing this petition, the signatory affirms that she/he is authorized to do so and thereby request that the department carry out a traffic calming speed study. This includes the installation of speed radar signs for a period no less than 16 calendar days.
